Making mayonnaise from scratch is something any home cook can prepare, for Pesach according to their minhag or any time of the year.
2 eggs
1/4 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 cups oil, such as Gefen Cottonseed Oil
Place eggs, lemon juice, salt, and garlic in a blender. Blend on a high speed until combined.
Pour in the oil in a slow and steady stream, still blending. This should take approximately two minutes.
