A quick and easy way to take your everyday coffee from ordinary to extraordinary. Top with mini coffee chocolate chip cookies and whipped cream for the perfect touch!
2 cups brewed coffee (or 2 teaspoons Elite Instant Coffee dissolved in 2 cups hot water), cooled
3/4 cup milk or Gefen Almond Milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Mix cooled coffee, milk and sugar and mix well. Taste and add additional milk or sugar if needed.
Pour into freezer trays and freeze for several hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer to soften 20 minutes before ready to serve.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a mini coffee chocolate chip cookie and serve immediately.
