Diets If your kids need a special treat that can be ready in minutes, here’s the one! This confetti mug cake has a delicious vanilla base, so feel free to play around with other mix-ins instead of sprinkles, like fruit, flavored chips, or nuts. Yields 1 mug cake
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
pinch salt
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk or parve milk, such as Gefen Oat Milk
2 teaspoons sprinkles
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
Add oil, milk, and vanilla and stir well with a fork to break up any lumps. Stir in sprinkles.
Microwave for 90-120 seconds, depending on your microwave, until the top does not appear wet.
