Cookie Butter Iced Coffee

As a crazy busy mom, I survive on very little sleep and a whole lot of coffee. Honestly, I drink way too much of it. However, that’s great for you because I’ve become a bit of a connoisseur of coffee and coffee drinks. This Cookie Butter Iced Coffee recipe is full of rich cookie butter goodness!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

  • 1 tablespoon cookie butter

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Maple Syrup or simple syrup (your choice, I don’t judge)

Directions

For the Iced Coffee

1.

Pour ice and milk into a 12-ounce cup.

2.

Dissolve instant coffee into boiling water.

3.

Mix cookie butter and syrup into the hot coffee mixture.

4.

Pour hot mixture into the waiting cup of milk and ice. Stir gently.

5.

Top with whipped cream if desired.
