Directions

1.

Sauté in little oil onion if not using then 3 garlic or 3 frozen garlic cubes

Peel and Cut

1 lg parsnip

4.

1 lg zuchini

5.

2 celery stalks

6.

1 c frozen cauliflower

7.

Add water to cover vegetables plus another inch. Cover and cook vegetables until soft around 20 minutes.

8.

Blend with stick blender

9.

Cut 4-5 cutlets into small pieces

10.

Add to pot with water to cover everything plus an extra inch. Cook 20-30 minutes and blend.

11.

Add 1 teaspoon salt

12.

Taste. Will probably need another 1/2 teaspoon salt
