Ingredients

Cream of Onion Fettuccine

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 2 Spanish onions, sliced into 1/4 rings

  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

1.

In a medium-sized skillet, heat butter. Sauté onions over a low flame for 30 minutes until caramelized.

2.

Dissolve soup mix in water and stir into the onions. Mix in the wine until a smooth sauce forms.

3.

Stir in the pasta and then the heavy cream.

4.

Serve immediately.
