Diets Up your dinner with this delicious sweet-cream pasta.
1/4 cup butter
2 Spanish onions, sliced into 1/4 rings
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons Tuscanini White Cooking Wine
1 pound Tuscanini Fettucine, cooked according to package instructions
1 and 1/3 cups heavy cream
In a medium-sized skillet, heat butter. Sauté onions over a low flame for 30 minutes until caramelized.
Dissolve soup mix in water and stir into the onions. Mix in the wine until a smooth sauce forms.
Stir in the pasta and then the heavy cream.
Serve immediately.
