Creamiest Zucchiniest Soup


My four-year-old saw the beautiful color of this soup and asked if it was avocado soup. He couldn’t have complimented it any better!


Prepare the Creamiest Zucchiniest Soup

1. In a pot over low-medium heat, sauté vegetables for 15 minutes.
2. Slowly stir in flour, then add dill, salt and pepper, chicken soup mix, almond milk, and water.
3. Cover pot and bring to a boil.
4. Lower flame and simmer for one hour.
5. Blend with an immersion blender until desired consistency is reached.
