Ingredients

Creamiest Zucchiniest Soup

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 3 zucchini, chunked

  • 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1 red onion, diced

  • 4 ounces canned mushrooms

  • 1 potato, peeled and chunked

  • 1 teaspoon flour

Directions

Prepare the Creamiest Zucchiniest Soup

1.

In a pot over low-medium heat, sauté vegetables for 15 minutes.

2.

Slowly stir in flour, then add dill, salt and pepper, chicken soup mix, almond milk, and water.

3.

Cover pot and bring to a boil.

4.

Lower flame and simmer for one hour.

5.

Blend with an immersion blender until desired consistency is reached.
