This creamy gnocchi is bursting with flavor from the basil and sundried tomatoes. If you love gnocchi, this dish is a must try!
2 packages Tuscanini Cauliflower Gnocchi, cooked according to package instructions
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese blend
3 tablespoons sundried tomato purée (see note)
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Add all ingredients besides gnocchi to a pot. On a medium-high flame, whisk mixture until it forms a creamy texture, about three to five minutes.
Turn off the flame and add gnocchi to the cheese mixture. Toss to combine.

what is the sundried tomato purée? i don’t see a note
The note says to put one cup of sundried tomatoes in oil into a blender and blend until smooth.
