2. Place the almond meal and Lipton soup packet in a food processor, and pulse two to three times. Add mayo, water, lemon, and oil and blend until it forms a paste (about 10 seconds).
3. Place salmon on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Brush salmon with almond paste mixture. Drizzle a little more olive oil over fillets.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
