If you’re accustomed to enjoying crepes when they’re soft, you’ll also love them when they’re hot and crispy! Prepare the Crepe Quesadillas

Spray a frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat. Add crepe and filling. We included shredded mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced tomato, and fresh basil. Top with remaining crepe and cook for four minutes.

2.

Use both a spatula and your finger, flip quesadilla and cook an additional two to three minutes.
