Crispy Crunchy Root Salad


Crisp, crunchy, and delicious. Perfect for those who don’t eat tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables that are difficult to peel on Pesach.


To Prepare

1. Grate vegetables on teardrop-shaped holes side of grater.
2. Combine oil, sugar, and salt. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Chill.
