Diets You can substitute the white flour with any flour you choose, but to get perfect crackers you must roll out the dough thinly. Yields: about 60 pieces
1 and 3/4 cups Glicks All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
beaten egg, for brushing
black sesame seeds
white sesame seeds, such as Gefen
coarse salt
Mix all the dough ingredients to create a soft batter. Divide it into four parts.
Roll each piece into a thin sheet between two sheets of Gefen Parchment Paper.
Remove the top sheet. With a sharp knife or pizza roller, cut the dough into squares or rectangles, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and coarse salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.

Hi they look really good, but are they hamozi or mezonos?
I would guess mezonot if you’re having them as a snack. Best to ask your Rabbi 🙂
