Honey is a powerful symbol of the season as it represents our hopes and prayers for a year full of sweet tidings. Enjoy these easy honey crisp cookies. 4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 pound Gefen Honey
1/2 cup oil
4 and 1/2 cups Mishpacha Flour
1 vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of Gefen Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Refrigerate overnight.
Form into small balls.
Place onto greased or lined baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields 5 dozen cookies.
