Diets Crispy, easy, and delicious. These are easy to make, and served over garlic fettuccine they complement each other so well.
2 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gefen Duck Sauce
1 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
1 lemon
1/2 package Tuscanini Fettuccine Pasta (cooked and drained)
4 crushed garlic or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Cut the salmon fillets into small chunks.
Mix the mayonnaise with the duck sauce, dip each cube into the mayonnaise and duck sauce mixture, and then into the panko crumbs.
Slice your lemon into half-moon slices, thread a breaded cubed salmon onto a skewer, thread through a half lemon slice, then repeat with another cube of fish and lemon.
Add as many cubes as you want per stick. Spray with a little oil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
If you want them crispier, place them over a pan with each stick hanging over the edge of a pan. This ensures that you get crispiness all around.
Sauté the garlic in the oil, add the rest of the ingredients, and sauté for three to four minutes.
Mix with the cooked pasta and enjoy.
