Here's how to cook a super potato hash side dish. More a method than a strict recipe, the amounts of each ingredient can easily be scaled up or down to feed your crew.

Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes with peels in salted water.

  2. Drain, cool and remove peels.

  3. Slice or cube potatoes thickly and sprinkle with paprika and salt.

  4. Heat oil in pan and place potatoes into pan.

  5. Cook, covered, over medium heat, tossing occasionally. Uncover for crisper texture.
