A perfectly balanced dish that takes just minutes to prepare.
1 (16-ounce) package Tuscanini Gnocchi
1 red onion, cut in strips
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 yellow pepper, cut in chunks
1 orange pepper, cut in chunks
16 ounces Beleaves Frozen Broccoli Florets
4 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 package Italian sausages (franks), sliced
chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix gnocchi, onions, cherry tomatoes, yellow and orange peppers, broccoli, oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and sausages.
Divide between the prepared baking sheets and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, toss, and cook another 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.

Hi! Does the gnocchi get prepared according to package direction before being roasted with the veggies?
Nope, you put them on the sheet pan raw and then bake them.
