Crosshatch Zucchini

Zucchini is great on the grill any way you slice it (literally), but this method gives maximum searing surface, plus a great presentation.

Ingredients

Crosshatch Zucchini

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1.

Slice zucchini halves about halfway through, creating a diamond pattern.

2.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with spices.

3.

Grill cut side down for approximately five minutes or until crispy.
