Start Cooking

Prepare the Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Brush fillet with mayonnaise. (For savory flavor, soak fish in white wine instead.)

  3. Combine crumbs and spices. Coat fillets with crumbs.

  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for another 10 minutes.
