This is the ultimate supper that will certainly please every single member of your family!
Adults will enjoy every part of this spicy, flavorful and filling goodness, and you can serve the crunchy shnitzel and veggies separately to children who prefer it without sauce.
4 cups Rice Krispies
3/4 teaspoon Haddar Salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1 pound thinly sliced chicken cutlets
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cubes crushed garlic, such as Gefen
2 and 1/4 tablespoons sriracha
Mix the Rice Krispies with spices in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a fork.
Place the flour in a third bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs, and then coat in Rice Krispies.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry cutlets for three to four minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Slather baguette with chili mayo sauce.
Layer sandwich with shnitzel, lettuce, red onions, pickles or veggies of choice.
