what kind of cottage cheese? dry or in the container?
Cottage cheese in a container.
Spinach Does this need spinach leaves or can I use the frozen ones that come in mashed bundles? Also, which cheese can I use instead of Muenster please?
You can use frozen spinach and you can use your favorite cheese- either mozzarella or cheddar or whatever else you like. You can also mix a combination of cheeses.
