Ingredients

Parve Egg Nog (Egg Liquor)

  • 1 and 3/4 cups sugar

  • 1 and 3/4 cups water

  • yolks of 4 (pasteurized) eggs

Directions

Prepare the Parve Egg Nog (Egg Liquor)

1.

Bring water and sugar to a boil. Cook until sugar is thoroughly dissolved and liquefied. Cool.

2.

Beat yolks and vanilla sugar well, approximately five to seven minutes.

3.

Mix syrup and yolks until well blended. Add alcohol and mix. This recipe does not require refrigeration and will keep fresh indefinitely.
