  • 3 cups 95% Ethyl alcohol

  • 3 ounces pear or banana extract

Directions

Prepare the Liquor

1.

Bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool thoroughly.

2.

Add alcohol and extract. Mix well. L’Chayim!
