Diets This homemade liquor is simple to make, and delicious too! The pear or banana extract can be found at specialty baking stores. Using the extract instead of real fruit cuts down on the amount of time it takes for the liquor to be ready. This liquor has a subtle, fruity flavor that will be sure to impress!
3 cups water
3 cups sugar
3 cups 95% Ethyl alcohol
3 ounces pear or banana extract
Bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool thoroughly.
Add alcohol and extract. Mix well. L’Chayim!
