Ingredients

Dairy Halvah Muffins

  • 1 and 1/3 tablespoons vanilla sugar

  • 4 cups cake flour

  • 2 bars dairy brown chocolate, cut into chunks

  • 1 slice of Haddar Marble Halvah

  • 1 bar dairy chocolate, such as Geneve, melted (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Dairy Halvah Muffins

1.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chunks and halvah. Mix well.

3.

Gently fold in the chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.

4.

Fill lined muffin pans three-quarters full with the batter.

5.

Crush about one tablespoon of halvah on top of each muffin.

6.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Optional Topping

1.

Melt one bar of dairy chocolate and spread it in the center of each muffin.

2.

Add a chunks of halvah on top and drizzle with additional melted chocolate.
