Yields: 24 muffins
4 eggs
1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup Haddar Tahini paste
4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 and 1/3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
4 cups cake flour
2 bars dairy brown chocolate, cut into chunks
1 slice of Haddar Marble Halvah
1 bar dairy chocolate, such as Geneve, melted (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chunks and halvah. Mix well.
Gently fold in the chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
Fill lined muffin pans three-quarters full with the batter.
Crush about one tablespoon of halvah on top of each muffin.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Melt one bar of dairy chocolate and spread it in the center of each muffin.
Add a chunks of halvah on top and drizzle with additional melted chocolate.
