Ingredients

Date and Radish Chutney

  • 6 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1 bag radishes

  • 1/2 bag refrigerated fresh dates

  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Roast dated, radishes and garlic together until wrinkly, about 45 minutes.

3.

Mix two or three times. Take out of the oven and cool.

4.

Purée with remaining ingredients until desired texture.
