Ingredients

Slaw

  • 6 cups coleslaw mix

  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup un-drained sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tablespoon grated onion

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup vinegar (for gluten-free use distilled vinegar)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Make the Salad

1.

Combine all dressing ingredients, mixing well.

2.

Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss gently to combine.
