Ingredients

Compote

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Almond Extract

  • dash of cinnamon

  • mango or passion sorbet, for serving

Directions

1.

Blend the strawberries and pineapple.

2.

Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3.

Chill and serve with your favorite sorbet.
