This recipe is so good to get your creative juices flowing! You can pick different veggies, the sky is the limit! Enjoy!
4 portions of salmon, cubed
1 cup of peas
1 cup of diced carrots (about 3-4 carrots)
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1 teaspoon of paprika
3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
sesame seeds
oil
Add oil to your pan and place your salmon.
Add your spices and mix. (Turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper.)
Put in your teriyaki sauce and soya sauce.
Add in your veggies and this is the part to get creative. You can add peppers, jalapeno pepper, zucchini , mushrooms, broccoli etc.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Serve on some rice with a delectable cold drink and enjoy!
