This recipe checks all the boxes – fast, familiar, and fancy! This recipe is perfect for Shabbos and Sheva Brachos because it can easily be prepared ahead of time, looks beautiful, and tastes wonderful even when made in bulk.
1 chicken, cut into eighths
3/4 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
1/4 cup red wine, such as Tuscanini
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Arrange chicken pieces in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Baste and serve.
