Dill and Jalapeño Pretzel Crusted Salmon



1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place dill, jalapeño, garlic, maple syrup, salt, and mayo in a blender. Blend until smooth. Brush a thin layer over the salmon.
3. Pour pretzels crumbs onto a plate. Dip each piece of salmon into the crumbs to create a crust, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
