If you’ve got stale doughnuts lying around from your Chanukah party, Donut French Toast is a delicious way to repurpose them!

3 unglazed doughnuts sliced in half (preferably a stale one )
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
syrup or sugar, for decoration
Heat up a pan with some oil.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients besides the donuts.
Soak the donuts in the mix for a minute.
Fry until crispy, around two minutes.
Sprinkle syrup or sugar on top.
