Dubai-Chocolate-Style Stuffed Dates

  • chocolate chips

  • coconut oil

Directions

1.

Open and pit the dates. Check for insects.

2.

Melt chocolate chips with a little coconut oil.

3.

Mix melted chocolate with a drop of tahini and crushed pistachios.

4.

Spoon mixture inside each date.

5.

Top with more pistachios and a drizzle of tahini.

6.

Freeze until set.
