Diets It’s Pesach and you need a quick appetizer that’s beautiful and well…quick! Pelleh Poultry’s duck rillettes are the kind of item you’ll want to always have on hand. They are perfect on top of a crusty, toasty crostini. Being that it’s Pesach, we made some crispy potato rounds to serve it with.
2 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
2 tablespoons Pelleh Poultry Duck Fat
2 teaspoons salt
pinch of pepper
Pelleh Poultry duck rillettes, for serving
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss sliced potatoes with duck fat, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 35–40 minutes. Turn them occasionally.
Spoon duck rillettes over the potato crostinis. Serve!
