Duck “Crostini”

Main ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick

  • 2 tablespoons Pelleh Poultry Duck Fat

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • pinch of pepper

  • Pelleh Poultry duck rillettes, for serving

Directions

Prepare the Duck Crostini

1.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss sliced potatoes with duck fat, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

3.

Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 35–40 minutes. Turn them occasionally.

4.

Spoon duck rillettes over the potato crostinis. Serve!
