Ingredients

Duck Sauce

  • 2 onions

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 (340-gram) jar ( apricot jam

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • tinned pineapple (optional)

Directions

1.

Fry the onions.

2.

Add pepper and fry lightly.

3.

Then add jam and ketchup and bring to a boil.

4.

Add tinned pineapple if desired. Serve warm.
