Great dipping sauce for shnitzel
2 onions
1 red pepper
1 (340-gram) jar ( apricot jam
2 tablespoons ketchup
tinned pineapple (optional)
Fry the onions.
Add pepper and fry lightly.
Then add jam and ketchup and bring to a boil.
Add tinned pineapple if desired. Serve warm.
