Ingredients

Beet Salad

  • 3/4 teaspoon parsley

  • 3/4 teaspoon basil

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Roast whole, unpeeled beets for one hour. Let cool, then peel and dice. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Notes:

Drain excess liquid from salads before serving for a neater presentation.
