Who doesn’t love a good one-pan dinner that’s extremely easy to make, high up there on the flavors, and fun to eat! Win, win, win!
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into little pieces
1 cup Old Williamsburg Salsa
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
On a cookie sheet place the chicken, salsa and spices. Mix well, making sure to rub the salsa into the chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, then broil on high for three minutes.
Toss and serve with taco shells, sliced avocado, sliced jalapeño, guacamole or any of your favorite toppings.
