This amazing chocolate cake is the best you’ll ever have.
5 large eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup of sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup hot cocoa powder mix
2 teaspoons baking powder
250 grams chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)
1 and 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon rum
sprinkles or candy, for topping
Mix all “wet” ingredients together well then add the “dry” ingredients. Mix together three minutes.
Put in a rectangular pan and bake for 30 minutes at 355 degrees Fahrenheit (depending on your oven).
Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into squares.
Melt together the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and rum. Spread evenly on the cake.
And here’s the fun part: decorate with your favorite candy!
