I put this up before I go to work, and when I come home dinner is served! It’s super easy and delicious over rice, quinoa, or in tacos!
1 package of boneless chicken
1 cup salsa
1 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
2 teaspoons Gefen Cornstarch
1 cup water
Place the chicken in the crockpot. Add the duck sauce, BBQ sauce, and salsa on top.
Keep the crockpot on low for five to six hours. After the time is up, shred the chicken in the crockpot with a fork.
Add the cornstarch slurry directly into the crockpot to thicken the sauce. Place the crockpot on high for a minute or two until it all thickens together.
Enjoy! Works great for tacos, flatbreads, or just eaten plain.
