Just seven ingredients!
2 and 3/4 cups Gefen Almond Milk, divided
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Pereg Jasmine Rice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Smart Balance (pareve butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon Pereg Hawaij for Coffee
In a pot, mix two and a half cups of almond milk with the brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add in the rice and bring to a simmer. Cook for 50 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Take rice off of the heat, and add in smart balance, vanilla, hawaij, and the remaining quarter cup almond milk.
Eat hot or cold!
