Easy, Healthy, and Delicious Fruit Compote

I know this may be a little time-consuming, but it’s worth every second. Since I started making this it has become a staple in my freezer!

Directions

1. Place apples, pears and strawberries into a medium saucepan. Add just enough water to avoid burning.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until soft, approximately 50 minutes. Let cool and blend. Add blueberries. Serve chilled.
