Makes enough topping for one cheesecake.

Ingredients

Mocha Topping

  • 1 (3 and 1/2-ounce) bar white or milk chocolate

  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee, diluted in 3 tablespoons hot water

Directions

Prepare the Mocha Topping

1.

Combine all ingredients in double boiler and mix until dissolved.

2.

If using to top cheesecake, pour over the cake immediately.
