Ingredients

Easy Pesach Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 egg

Directions

1.

Heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with the fan. Line a baking pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients well until combined.

3.

Place balls or mounds of dough slightly less than a tablespoon on the prepared baking pan. Leave a little space between them.

4.

Bake for 12 minutes. Cool at room temperature.
