My grandmother put together this recipe, and it was so delicious, I didn’t believe it was as simple as she said it was.
1 (24-ounce) package frozen California Blend vegetables
1 sleeve Ritz-style crackers (3.7 ounces), crushed
3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
3 eggs
2 teaspoons Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
Defrost the vegetables and microwave for about three minutes.
In a large bowl, mash vegetables until chunky but small.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

I have the same question. does this freeze well?
I can’t say for sure but I don’t think it will
What would the texture be if this was frozen and served rewarmed?
I’ve never tried this recipe so I’m not sure but I’d be a little nervous to freeze it.
