One way to get kids to eat their veggies is to let them make their own veggie dip. Kids can help whisk the ingredients together! The sweetness of the honey makes this very kid-friendly. If you are not a mayo fan, try subbing 2% plain Greek yogurt. Yields 1 cup
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise (regular or light)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
1 tablespoon mustard
assorted fresh veggies (sliced cucumbers, sliced peppers, carrots, grape tomatoes, celery sticks, sliced avocado)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together to thoroughly combine.
Serve alongside your kid’s favorite veggies.
