This is the ultimate quick, easy, and healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe!!! If you don’t want the classic chocolate chip cookie, you can try double chocolate or oatmeal chocolate chip. Even though it has banana, you won’t even know!!
Yields 10-12 cookies
Mix oil, sugar, and honey till creamy. Add mashed banana and stir (I just broke it up with my hands). Add rest of ingredients and shape into balls. (I make this recipe with a mixing bowl and spatula. No need for a mixer!!)
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Variations:
– For Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies: Proceed with regular recipe except cut flour to 3/4 c flour plus 1/2 c oats. Top with 3 chocolate chips.
– For Double Chocolate Chip Cookies: Proceed with regular recipe and add 1 Tbsp cocoa and substitute regular size chocolate chips for mini. Top with 3 chocolate chips and sea salt or any coarse salt.
