These nutritious balls are the perfect healthy snack that can easily be made in advance. Using raw and healthy ingredients, these are the perfect treat to refuel during the day. You may want to make a double batch of these, as they go quickly!

 

Yield: 24 balls

Ingredients

Energy Balls

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

  • 1/3 cup carob powder

  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Prepare the Energy Balls

1.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

2.

Form into small balls.

3.

Roll in coconut, if desired. Serve chilled.
