Fried piece of dough covered in confection sugar. Yields 12-16 pieces.
200–250 grams of flour
1/3 TSP salt
1 TSP oil
2 beaten eggs
4 TBSP heavy cream or whip
Mix all ingredients together till the dough forms. Then knead it until little bubbles form and it becomes elastic. Lightly moisten it with water and cover with a clean towel. Let it rest a bit.
Divide the dough equally in 12 to 16 pieces. Form each piece in a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball flat into a round circle. It does not have to be perfect.
Fry each piece of dough in oil on both sides until golden. It really takes very quick.
Cover with powdered sugar and enjoy every bite.
