16 ounces raw fettuccine, such as Tuscanini
2 cups milk
2 cups water
3 tablespoons butter
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Salt
2 cubes Dorot Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan
To a large pot, add the raw fettuccine, milk, water, butter, salt, and garlic.
Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
Lower to a steady simmer and continue to stir occasionally until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add the heavy cream and parmesan and stir until creamy and delicious. Enjoy immediately.

yum definitely gonna mek this but hate that you have to use parmasean anyone have any substitutes?
Looks Yum! Which parmesan? The shredded or grated? and which brand is recommended?

too bad they don’t sell that by me… any other brands recommended? and shredded or grated?
It’s a newer product, so that might be why you haven’t seen it in your supermarket yet. You can try any brand—freshly grated is ideal, but any raw parm works just fine here.
