Diets This one’s a winner! Who would think that chicken was something you can’t stop eating? The taste of these grilled drumsticks is out-of-this-world, and the easy marinade is great on meat as well.
8–10 chicken drumsticks, skin removed if desired
3 tablespoons Gefen Mustard
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
2 tablespoons Glicks Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Gefen Black Pepper
Place cleaned chicken drumsticks in a large ziplock bag.
In a small mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients and stir until well-combined. Pour into bag and seal. Rub bag thoroughly to ensure chicken is well-coated with marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Grill chicken, turning to cook evenly, for about 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately.
